Large conference venue – London County Hall Large conference venues in London do not have to mean big cavernous spaces, devoid of character and natural daylight. etc County Hall on the Southbank is testimony to that. January 2017 will see the opening of a new large conference venue – London County Hall. A new etc conference centre with large meeting rooms, which is housed in the former Greater London Council (GLC) offices.
