The light contemporary feel of the 10 meeting rooms, cover 2 floors.  You can have sole use of a single floor or the whole meeting space for large conferences. The Capital is the largest meeting room and divides into 3 sections.  Fully opened it will seat up to 240 theatre style.  If you have a meeting of this size there is a Café and Restaurant for delegate dining, plus smaller breakout rooms taking from 40 – 70 theatre style.  The total area space, if you think that way, is 4,267 sqm, which is 14,000 sq ft in old money.

As a brand new fit out by Etc venues the technical spec is strong.  Each meeting rooms has an NEC projectors and screen. The Wi-Fi is free (100mb fibre with 30mb is allocated to public Wi-Fi) and to keep sponsor happy, as well as those keen to put their own stamp on the venue, there are 4 screen plasma walls to get your message across.
