Once booked the process of keeping guests updated and collecting information begins. We will manage all of this. We will build excitement regarding plans for the night, advise guests what to expect, as well as providing a central point of contact for enquiries and special requests.


Experienced in securing significant sponsorship income, we will put together a strong business case to attract support. We will devise and implement packages, ensuring the right level of exposure, to keep you and your sponsors happy, as well as adhering to brand guidelines.

Auctions & Games

Live and silent auctions along with fundraising games and activities play an important part. We can secure auction lots for clients and it is one of the most important roles we undertake. This expertise means income goes to the charity rather than an auction lot supplier, increasing your funds.


Detailed forecasts and reports are produced and monitored. Invoice and credit card payments can be taken and credit control carried out. We accurately manage all aspects of finance, ensuring the final charitable contribution is quickly secured and accounted for.


Creative concepts and themes brought to life through spectacular performances. Venues transformed with stunning decor. From a compere delivering key messages down to stage sets & an aftershow party, all of this contributes to the show’s success.


Securing the best space, negotiating contracts and administration (covering function sheets, the running order, set up plans, menus, diets and final numbers) and special requirements are covered. We can also take care of all guest accommodation.

On Site

Overseeing guests, the venue, production and yourselves; an event team will manage the evening on site. Working from scripts, running orders and briefings we will make sure all stakeholders are clear on their role, providing a rock solid foundation.


Tablets for silent auctions are unobtrusive and the level of bids show they are worth the investment. Pre-event e-marketing, event apps, online registration and e-surveys are also offered. These generate stats and hit rates providing valuable intelligence.

Website & Apps

A website, compatible with all devices, can promote the ball and be regularly updated. We are practiced in supplying key information, keeping guests ‘in the know’, and recognising supporters such sponsors and donors. Apps can also be offered.

Graphic Design

Good design creates an event identity, which is supported by strong copy writing and accurate proof reading. Designers work to your brief and brand guidelines for the collateral linked to the Ball, such as tickets, programmes and table plans.
